Will steroid backlash harm McGwire’s Hall of Fame Chances?

The 2007 MLB Hall of Fame ballot lists the following (number of years on ballot in paranthesis). Players must receive 75-percent of votes (of professional baseball writers) to qualify for induction into Baseball’s Hall of Fame. Gwynn and Ripken have to be locks. Don’t look for McGwire to make it his first time around. Maybe Lee Smith sneaks in this time. But go ahead: pick your own top 10.
