Republican Abram Wilson announced the support of Contra Costa County Auditor, Steve Ybarra, while Democrat Joan Buchanan, announced the support of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Deputies union. These ho-hum announcements run along the normal and expected faultline of Contra Costa partisan politics and should come as no surprise. Read more

Both Rao and San Ramon Councilmember, Abram Wilson, appealed to the members in attendance, on the basis of their conservative principals and experience. Scott Kamena, Judy Lloyd, Robert Rao, and Abram Wilson will be on hand to discuss the upcoming election to replace termed-out Assemblyman, Guy Houston, now a candidate for Contra Costa Supervisor (District 3).
