Hospice announces upcoming grief support classes

Hospice of the East Bay (formerly Hospice and Palliative Care of Contra Costa) is pleased to offer a variety of support groups and workshops for adults, children and teens experiencing grief after the death of a loved one. Classes are offered at Hospice’s administrative offices: 3470 Buskirk Avenue, Pleasant Hill and at 350 John Muir Parkway, Brentwood.
Grief Support for Family and Friends; Pleasant Hill
Mon. Evenings, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. March 3, 2008 – April 21, 2008
Children and Teens Support Group; Pleasant Hill
Tues. Evenings, 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. March 4, 2008 – April 8, 2008
Adult Grief Classes; Pleasant Hill
Tuesday Evening, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. April 22, 2008
Widow and Widowers’ Support; Pleasant Hill
Mon. Evenings, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. May 19, 2008 – July 7, 2008
Widow and Widowers’ Support; Brentwood
Tues. Evenings, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. May 20, 2008 – July 8, 2008
