Judy, Judy, Judy. Your uglyness toward others continues. It is no wonder you think Piepho is competent, you mirror her Queen attitude. I could show you letters written by our Supervisor that make no sense, have spelling errors and project language of an 8th grade writer. Do you consider Mary illiterate for her writing errors? Caring enough about your community is to be commended whether they make a mistake or not. This person cares what happens to his community and is trying to convey that to the public. I hope you do not have children and pass on that unpleasant sense of feelings to them. It will make for bad adults, it sounds like we have plenty.

Houston’s poster child to show he’s fighting for education! LOL.

Knightsen Resident, some of the posts were just in good fun. They were not(at least in my case) mean spirited.

But then you come out of the box berating someone while misspelling “uglyness” in your first sentence?? We’re getting silly here. Generally speaking, letters from Government officials are many times written by Staff, not the Officials themselves. If you have some glaring examples of “8th grade literacy” on Piepho’s part, I’d welcome the chance to read them.

If you truly care about your community, then perhaps it’s time to talk about the issues and what your Candidate brings to the table. I’ll go out on a limb and guess you’re the sign author? No big deal, but instead of blindly trying to throw the baby out with the bath water, perhaps ask the tough questions before heading for that polling booth.

I must defend my good neighbor from Knightsin…politics aside I think perfect spelling is highly overrated. As a guy who often types poorly and forgets to spell-check, I found the following very interesting.

Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn’t mttaer in
waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht the
frist and lsat ltteer be at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a total mses
and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae the huamn mnid
deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe.

I’m sure DB West (a.k.a. Bob Mankin) will disagree with me like on every other topic but cut the guy/gal a break… at least they are acting upon something they believe in.

Lighten up people from Disco Bay! Get a sense of humor! Everyone outside of Disco Bay assumes this spelling was supposed to be amusing and catch your attention. Do you really think they can’t spell the name of the city? It is a homemade sign to show the support of real people for the candidate instead of the official campaign signs that any candidate can put up.

So relax and quit insulting people who are just having fun!

    Exactly!! not from DB!!

Got something to say?
